Overview

Why wait until there's a communication/expectation issue between you and your client?  Isn't it a much better idea to set the expectations from both sides while you're in that honeymoon period - when you first get the project?  In fact, in a perfect world, communicating this information to them AND making sure you understand THEIR expectations BEFORE they sign the contract would be best.
